Jeff serviced our furnace and boiler as a follow up to a service call the day before. He was very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional; he got right to work as soon as he arrived. While servicing our equipment, Jeff kept us informed as he did the work on our furnace, which was appreciated. When he was done, he reviewed with us everything he did, including what parts he replaced, and bleeding the lines to get air out of our hot water baseboard heat pipes. We are extremely satisfied with Jeff’s attention to detail in explaining the work he performed. We look forward to seeing Jeff next year for our annual maintenance checkup.

The SMO technician who serviced our oil burner was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He did a great job serving the old furnace, cleaning some nasty stains on the water heater and solving the problem of a repeating electrical buzz.

Kyree was an exceptional technician. He was very knowledgeable, professional, polite, and encouraged questions. Very pleased by the work he performed. Last company that came out to service our oil furnace, incorrectly re-built the nozzle assembly which led to line leaking at least a half gallon of oil on the floor. I had to ask them to clean it, which they did a very poor job at and the smell lingered for a week. Glad I signed up for the contract with SMO.

I recently had SMO Energy technician Jeff D. come to our home for a scheduled tune up of our Navien Tankless Boiler, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Jeff was not only very professional, experienced, and knowledgeable, but he was also remarkably quick and exacting in his work.
